Terms and Conditions for the His Kingdom Ministry Online Store

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of goods from the His Kingdom Ministry online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store"). By completing a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2. Ordering and Contract

Formation An order for goods via the Online Store is binding when you have completed the order process and received an order confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock, there are typographical errors in the product information or price, or in case of suspected fraud. In such a case, you will be informed as soon as possible.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in [Norwegian Krone - NOK] and include value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise specifically stated. Any shipping costs are additional and will be clearly shown before you complete the purchase in the online store. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price at the time of the order will be the applicable price.

4. Payment:

5. Delivery

We offer delivery to addresses in Norway for a fee. The delivery time is normally 3-7 business days from the day the order is confirmed, subject to delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs vary depending on factors that affect the shipping cost, such as weight, size, and delivery method, and will be specified during the ordering process. You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

6. Store Pickup

You can choose to pick up ordered items. Send a message if you want this. You will receive a message when the items are ready for pickup. When picking up, you must present valid identification and, if applicable, the order confirmation.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item(s) (or from the date of the agreement for the purchase of digital services). To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase, for example, by sending us a withdrawal form (which you can find at https://om.no/2ZOA), via email, or by mail. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as you received them and in the original packaging if possible. You are responsible for the return costs unless otherwise agreed. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days from the day we received the notification of your decision to cancel the purchase, provided that we have received the item(s) in return or you have provided proof that the item(s) have been shipped.

8. Claims/Complaints

If there are defects in the item you have purchased, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. The complaint period is normally two years from the date of purchase, or five years for items intended to last significantly longer. Contact us as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect. Describe the defect in as much detail as possible. If the claim is approved, we will first try to repair the item or deliver a new, equivalent item. If this is not possible or disproportionately expensive, you may be entitled to a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, consequential damages, or losses due to force majeure. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant goods.

12. Disputes Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be sought to be resolved amicably. If an agreement is not reached, the case can be brought before the ordinary courts in Norway in accordance with Norwegian law.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The current terms and conditions will always be available on our Online Store and in our physical store.
